The Products Hub

Products is the one place staff go to see what the portal sells and where it's sold. Every plan, product, group and sales page is a card; pick a filter, search, or drag a plan straight onto a page without leaving the screen.

What It Shows

Three tabs, each with a count:

TabWhat's in it
CatalogEvery Plan (recurring) and Product (one-time) you sell
GroupsReusable sets of plans or products — drop one on any page or dashboard, edit it once to update everywhere
PagesYour public sales pages, built in the studio

The hub follows your portal's design settings: the accent color, greys and status colors come from Settings → App Design, so it looks like the rest of the portal.

The Toolbar

  • Search — filters whatever tab you're on, as you type. It matches names, taglines, group names and page addresses. A × clears it.
  • + New ▾ — one menu for everything you can create:
RowWhat happens

Catalog Tab

Filter pills across the top — All · Plans · Products · Public · Client-scoped · Inactive — each with a count. One is active at a time. To the right, Cards | Rows switches the layout; the hub remembers your choice.

Plan sets. When at least one group is made entirely of plans, a strip appears above the catalog (on All and Plans, while you're not searching). Each card shows the set's name, "3 plans · $149 – $599", a small bar chart of the tier prices with the recommended tier in your accent color, and the pages it's used on. Click a card to edit the group; the dashed New plan set card starts the builder. See all groups → jumps to the Groups tab.

Cards. Each plan or product shows its picture (if it has one), name, tagline, price and interval, a Plan or Product badge, Active or Inactive, and who can see it — Public, Members, or the client it's scoped to. The footer shows the first group it belongs to, or "used on N pages", or "not on a page yet", and the Add to page ▾ button. The ⋯ menu holds the same actions the old table had: Edit, Duplicate, Client version, Delete, plus Embed, which gives you code to show that plan or product on another website (see Embedding on Your Website).

Rows show the same information on one line each, nothing cut off, down to narrow windows.

If the catalog is empty you'll see New Plan and New Product buttons in its place; if a filter or search matches nothing, "Nothing matches".

Groups Tab

Each group card shows its name, "3 plans · $149 – $599" (or "2 products", or "4 plans & products" for a mix), small tiles for each member with the recommended one outlined, and the pages it's used on. Edit opens the Group form; Add to page ▾ places the whole group on a page as a Group block. The ⋯ menu has Edit, Embed (code to show the group on another website — see Embedding on Your Website) and Delete — delete asks for confirmation inline, and refuses if the group is still on a page.

The dashed New plan set card — "Guided — tiers, group and page in one go" — starts the Plan Set Builder on a page you choose.

Pages Tab

Each page card has a small drawing of the page made from its blocks (a wide bar for a hero, a row of tiles for a plans or products block, lines for text), a status pill — Live, Draft, or Scheduled with its go-live time — the title, the /p/slug address, how many blocks it has, its audience (Everyone, Public, Members, Client-scoped or Mixed), and views over the last 7 days.

  • Edit opens the page in the studio.
  • Preview as ▾ opens the studio's Preview tab already switched to Public visitor or Logged-in user, so you see the page the way that audience will.
  • The dashed New page card — "Blank, or from a template: Pricing · Services · Client offer" — opens Add Product Page.

Add to Page

Add to page ▾ appears on every plan, product and group card. Click it and a small picker opens:

  1. Find the page — the list shows every page with its status; type to narrow it
  2. Click a page, or choose New draft page…, give it a title and click Create
  3. A block is added to the end of that page — a Plans or Products block containing just that item, or a Group block for a group — and the studio opens with the new block selected and highlighted

The page is not published by this; it's a normal edit you can adjust and save in the studio.

Who Can Use It

Staff who can manage products and pages (the same permission as the studio and the Group form). Client users never see the hub.

Notes & Gotchas

  • The Cards / Rows choice is remembered in your browser, not on your account.
  • Views on page cards come from the page-stats module; if it's not active the figure is simply omitted.
  • The old table's Advanced view (the Items Manager page) is unchanged for bulk work.
