Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Client Cove in just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the essential first steps so you can start collaborating right away.
You will need an invitation email from your service provider to get started. If you have not received one, contact your team directly.
Step 1: Accept Your Invitation
When your service provider adds you to Client Cove, you will receive a welcome email with a personalized invitation link.
- Open the email from Client Cove
- Click the Accept Invitation button
- You will be redirected to the account creation page
The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, ask your service provider to resend it.
Step 2: Set Up Your Profile
Once you accept the invitation, you will be prompted to create your account:
- Enter your full name — This is how your team will see you in the portal
- Create a password — Use at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Enable two-factor authentication — We strongly recommend this for added security
- Upload a profile photo (optional) — Helps your team identify you quickly
Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard
After logging in, you will land on your personalized dashboard. Here is what you will see:
- Recent Activity — The latest updates from your team
- Open Tickets — Any active support requests
- Shared Files — Recently uploaded or updated documents
- Messages — Unread messages from your team
- Announcements — Important notices from your service provider
