Announcements & Notifications

Stay up to date with important updates from your service provider and control how Client Cove keeps you informed.

Announcements

Announcements are messages from your service provider to all clients or specific groups. They appear:

  • On your Dashboard in the announcements widget
  • In the Announcements section of the sidebar
  • Via email (if enabled)

Announcements may include:

  • Service updates and maintenance windows
  • New feature announcements
  • Policy changes
  • Holiday schedules
  • Important reminders

You can mark announcements as read to clear them from your dashboard.

Client Cove sends notifications for various events:

Managing Notifications

Customize your notifications from Settings then Notifications:

  • In-app notifications — Always enabled; appear as badges in the sidebar
  • Email notifications — Toggle on or off for each event type
  • Push notifications — Available when Client Cove is added to your home screen
  • Do Not Disturb — Pause all non-critical notifications for a set period

Quick Mute

Right-click on any notification to mute that specific type for 24 hours.

Email Digest

Instead of receiving individual emails for each notification, you can opt for a daily or weekly digest:

  1. Go to Settings then Notifications
  2. Find Email Digest settings
  3. Choose Daily or Weekly
  4. Select what time you want to receive the digest

The digest summarizes all your unread notifications in a single, organized email.
