Navigating the Dashboard

Your Client Cove dashboard is your home base. Everything you need is accessible from here — files, tickets, messages, and more. This guide will help you learn your way around.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, you will see your personalized dashboard. It is designed to give you a quick snapshot of everything that matters:

  • Activity Feed — Recent actions from your team
  • Open Tickets — Tickets that need your attention
  • Recent Files — The latest documents shared with you
  • Unread Messages — Messages waiting for your reply
  • Announcements — Important updates from your service provider

The left sidebar is your primary navigation tool. It contains links to all major sections:

On mobile devices, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu accessible from the top-left corner.

Activity Feed

The activity feed shows a chronological list of recent events:

  • New ticket responses
  • Files uploaded or updated
  • Messages received
  • Status changes on your tickets
  • System announcements

Each activity item includes a timestamp, the person involved, and a brief description. Click any item to jump directly to the relevant page.

Quick Actions

At the top of your dashboard, you will find quick action buttons for common tasks:

  • New Ticket — Jump straight to creating a support request
  • Upload File — Quickly add a document to your file storage
  • New Message — Start a conversation with your team

These shortcuts save time when you need to take action fast.

Customizing Your View

You can personalize certain aspects of your dashboard:

  • Widget order — Drag and drop dashboard widgets to rearrange them
  • Collapsed sections — Click the header of any section to collapse or expand it
  • Theme — Switch between light and dark mode from the top-right corner
  • Density — Choose between comfortable and compact view in Settings

Your preferences are saved automatically and apply across all your devices.
